Home of the Kalinga Stadium and host of Hockey World Cups, Bhubaneswar is India’s model sports city: government-backed high-performance centres alongside fast-growing private academies. Arena IQ gives private academies here the operational backbone to match the city’s ambitions.
Arena IQ runs Hockey, Football, Cricket, Athletics and weightlifting academies, each with its own batches, fee plans, and sport-specific performance parameters.
Automated monthly and term invoices with UPI payment links, WhatsApp reminders before and after due dates, and cash recorded in the same ledger, so a hockey and football academy owner in Bhubaneswar sees every pending fee at a glance instead of chasing a diary.
Coaches mark hockey batch attendance on their phone in seconds. Streaks, percentages, and drop-off alerts build automatically, and parents across Bhubaneswarsee their child’s record in their own login.
Coaches log hockey and football parameters per player; Arena IQ builds performance evaluations with a composite score out of 100, delivered to Bhubaneswar parents on WhatsApp, the progress proof that keeps families enrolled.
Yes. Academies define their own performance parameters (dribbling, passing accuracy, fitness scores), and coaches log them per player to build evaluation reports.
Yes. Attendance and performance logs are per-session and per-player, so before Kalinga-circuit tournaments an academy can pull each player’s training consistency and skill progression to pick squads on evidence rather than memory.
It replaces paper registers, spreadsheets, and manual fee follow-ups with one system: automated monthly invoices with UPI payment links, WhatsApp reminders to parents, digital attendance coaches mark on their phones, batch scheduling, and performance report cards, with a live dashboard for the owner.
₹3,999 one-time onboarding plus a flat monthly subscription per academy, the same price everywhere in India, with no per-student charges. Onboarding includes bulk student upload from Excel, batch setup, and WhatsApp configuration, and most academies are live within a week.
