Coimbatore’s disciplined, education-first culture extends to sport: structured cricket and badminton academies, strong school programmes, and serious swimming clubs. Arena IQ fits the city’s temperament: everything recorded, everything reconciled, parents always informed.
Arena IQ runs Cricket, Football, Badminton, Swimming and athletics academies, each with its own batches, fee plans, and sport-specific performance parameters.
Automated monthly and term invoices with UPI payment links, WhatsApp reminders before and after due dates, and cash recorded in the same ledger, so a cricket and football academy owner in Coimbatore sees every pending fee at a glance instead of chasing a diary.
Coaches mark cricket batch attendance on their phone in seconds. Streaks, percentages, and drop-off alerts build automatically, and parents across Coimbatoresee their child’s record in their own login.
Coaches log cricket and football parameters per player; Arena IQ builds performance evaluations with a composite score out of 100, delivered to Coimbatore parents on WhatsApp, the progress proof that keeps families enrolled.
Yes. Schedules are per-batch, so 5 AM swim squads and 6 PM cricket nets can run under one academy with separate coaches and attendance.
Many Coimbatore academies run both private batches and school programmes. Arena IQ keeps them separate (different venues, fee plans, and coaches) while giving the owner one combined view, and schools get clean attendance and progress records.
It replaces paper registers, spreadsheets, and manual fee follow-ups with one system: automated monthly invoices with UPI payment links, WhatsApp reminders to parents, digital attendance coaches mark on their phones, batch scheduling, and performance report cards, with a live dashboard for the owner.
₹3,999 one-time onboarding plus a flat monthly subscription per academy, the same price everywhere in India, with no per-student charges. Onboarding includes bulk student upload from Excel, batch setup, and WhatsApp configuration, and most academies are live within a week.
