The city of Gopichand Academy sets the national benchmark for structured coaching, and hundreds of Hyderabad academies aspire to that standard. Arena IQ provides the operational half of that standard: systematic batches, billing, attendance, and evaluation.
Arena IQ runs Badminton, Cricket, Football, Swimming and shooting academies, each with its own batches, fee plans, and sport-specific performance parameters.
Automated monthly and term invoices with UPI payment links, WhatsApp reminders before and after due dates, and cash recorded in the same ledger, so a badminton and cricket academy owner in Hyderabad sees every pending fee at a glance instead of chasing a diary.
Coaches mark badminton batch attendance on their phone in seconds. Streaks, percentages, and drop-off alerts build automatically, and parents across Hyderabadsee their child’s record in their own login.
Coaches log badminton and cricket parameters per player; Arena IQ builds performance evaluations with a composite score out of 100, delivered to Hyderabad parents on WhatsApp, the progress proof that keeps families enrolled.
