The gateway to the Northeast (India’s richest football and boxing talent belt), Guwahati’s academies feed players into national pipelines. Arena IQ handles their admin: batches, UPI fee collection, attendance, and parent updates in one system.
Arena IQ runs Football, Cricket, Badminton, Boxing and athletics academies, each with its own batches, fee plans, and sport-specific performance parameters.
Automated monthly and term invoices with UPI payment links, WhatsApp reminders before and after due dates, and cash recorded in the same ledger, so a football and cricket academy owner in Guwahati sees every pending fee at a glance instead of chasing a diary.
Coaches mark football batch attendance on their phone in seconds. Streaks, percentages, and drop-off alerts build automatically, and parents across Guwahatisee their child’s record in their own login.
Coaches log football and cricket parameters per player; Arena IQ builds performance evaluations with a composite score out of 100, delivered to Guwahati parents on WhatsApp, the progress proof that keeps families enrolled.
