Raipur’s Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium is one of the largest in the country, and the city’s coaching ecosystem (cricket, badminton, martial arts) is expanding with it. Arena IQ is built for exactly this stage of growth: moving from notebooks to a system parents trust.
Arena IQ runs Cricket, Football, Badminton, Athletics and taekwondo academies, each with its own batches, fee plans, and sport-specific performance parameters.
Automated monthly and term invoices with UPI payment links, WhatsApp reminders before and after due dates, and cash recorded in the same ledger, so a cricket and football academy owner in Raipur sees every pending fee at a glance instead of chasing a diary.
Coaches mark cricket batch attendance on their phone in seconds. Streaks, percentages, and drop-off alerts build automatically, and parents across Raipursee their child’s record in their own login.
Coaches log cricket and football parameters per player; Arena IQ builds performance evaluations with a composite score out of 100, delivered to Raipur parents on WhatsApp, the progress proof that keeps families enrolled.
Yes. Arena IQ runs taekwondo, karate, and other martial arts academies today, with belt-level batches, monthly fee plans, and attendance tracking per session.
Taekwondo and karate academies organise batches by belt level. When a student passes a grading, you move them to the next belt’s batch in one step. Schedule, fee plan, and attendance follow automatically, and the parent sees the change in their login.
It replaces paper registers, spreadsheets, and manual fee follow-ups with one system: automated monthly invoices with UPI payment links, WhatsApp reminders to parents, digital attendance coaches mark on their phones, batch scheduling, and performance report cards, with a live dashboard for the owner.
₹3,999 one-time onboarding plus a flat monthly subscription per academy, the same price everywhere in India, with no per-student charges. Onboarding includes bulk student upload from Excel, batch setup, and WhatsApp configuration, and most academies are live within a week.
